Painting Britten: 100 Visions of the Music
This is the title of my Britten painting project and of the book of the paintings, with commentaries by Andrew Plant, to be published on 18 June 2026. The cover of the book is shown below, featuring the painting Suite on English Folk Tunes, op. 90 'A time there was...'. (watercolour, 16x20cm).
The book will be launched at The Red House, Aldeburgh on 18 June 2026 where it will be on sale, price £20. It will also be available from the Aldeburgh Bookshop https://www.aldeburghbookshop.co.uk
The volume will subsequently be available from this website: £20 plus postage and packing ((£5.00 in the UK).
